As a therapist, I have clinical experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of issues. I practice an integrative, evidence-based approach, incorporating techniques from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I deeply value each of my clients and am dedicated to supporting them on their path toward healing and growth.
