My clinical experience includes working with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families, including a large number of adolescents and young adults. My professional journey has provided me with valuable insights into the unique challenges and developmental needs of diverse populations, helping me to provide support through various life transitions and relationship dynamics. 

Therapy Interests

My areas of special clinical interest include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, work/life balance, self-esteem, self-worth issues, parent-child conflict, relationship conflict, and premarital therapy. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating periods of self-discovery and life adjustments.

I use an integrated, evidence-based approach that is informed by solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, restoration therapy, and common factors.
