Kaci Metzger, M.MFT
Let’s be honest. You are here because you want a future that looks different from what you are currently experiencing. Is it anxiety? Depression? Feeling overwhelmed? Marriage problems? Family Conflict? Something you can’t quite name? Whatever it is, I’m here for you.
I am here to help you find what it takes to create a future version of your life that brings a sense of calm, peace, achievement, balance, success, and satisfaction. There’s no magic pill. Growth takes work. My role as your therapist is to serve as your guide, to help you uncover the hidden obstacles that are creating hardship and encourage you to exert agency in your life. I will walk alongside you as you gain clarity, create healing, and move towards a life you genuinely love.

Therapist Experience
I have a background in human ecology and sociology and a genuine love for people. I’m fascinated by the human experience and love to help my clients peel back layers to better understand themselves and make lasting change.
In addition to being a therapist, I also work in the film industry where I write stories, develop characters, and craft narratives that capture audiences. Utilizing many of my storytelling techniques, I guide my clients through their own Hero’s Journey and help creating lasting change.
I offer in-person, virtual, and walk and talk sessions.
Therapy Interests
My areas of clinical interest include maternal mental health, marital therapy, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, spirituality and life satisfaction, and self-worth issues.
I practice an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy incorporating family systems theory, narrative therapy, internal family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also enjoy bringing experiential elements to the room and thinking outside of the box with my clients.
Rates
