Katie Etchart, M.MFT
As we grow and evolve in this imperfect world, we may become disconnected from who we are and those around us. Life can be messy and overwhelming, and it can also be meaningful and full of hope. If you’re looking for a place to show up with all your humanness, this is the place.
As a therapist, I aim to help clients nurture meaningful relationships with themselves and others. I support them as we uncover deep-seated wounds, change patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect to themselves through self-agency, self-trust, and self-compassion.
You are brave for taking this step, and I can’t wait to take it with you.

Therapist Experience
I have clinical experience working with a highly diverse population, serving clients at an outpatient clinic and a transitional home for individuals who recently left incarceration and began reentry.
The therapeutic relationships I have with clients are ever-evolving, an empathic and genuine connection we form as we seek to meet their goals. I deeply value establishing a productive, collaborative relationship to do our best work together.
Therapy Interests
I implement an integrative, evidence-based approach with a strong foundation in family systems theory. Many of the interventions I use include techniques from restoration therapy, experiential therapy, and the Gottman Method.
My areas of clinical interest include parent/child conflict, anxiety, depression, families and addiction, young adult issues, developmental trauma, intimacy issues, and relational conflict.
