Matt Samek, LMFT
Life brings many challenges and hardships, but we do not have to face them alone. Therapy can be a place that allows us to grieve, hope, heal, and create a better future. My role as a therapist is to collaborate with, encourage, and help clients discover a new path as they navigate those difficult experiences. I look forward to seeing all of my clients grow.

Therapist Experience
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in higher education as an admission counselor. Advocating for students and families during the college process laid a strong foundation for my therapeutic journey.
In my clinical experience, I have worked with a diverse clientele providing therapy to individuals, couples and families covering a wide range of presenting problems.
Therapy Interests
My areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety, substance use and addiction, relational conflict, pre-marital/marital therapy, life transitions, grief/loss, and self-compassion.
I use an integrative and evidence-based approach that utilizes solution-focused therapy, restoration therapy and Gottman Method interventions.
