Paige Blackwell, LMFT
Change happens in safe, inviting spaces where we are free to create and imagine new narratives for ourselves. My goal is to always provide that space for my clients. I am eager and humbled to walk alongside my clients as they bravely choose to make changes in their lives. My roles as a therapist are to challenge clients to be their best, provide them with useful feedback, cheer them on, and celebrate their breakthroughs. Together, my clients and I seek to discover their best self and find the tools they need to obtain peace and foster healing in their story.

Therapist Experience
Before working in mental health, I worked in sales and marketing in both corporate and non-profit settings. This fast-paced environment taught me, firsthand, the importance of self-care.
As a clinician, I work with individuals couples, and families experiencing a wide variety of issues. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and considerable knowledge about how to approach this age group in a way that makes sense for them. I have also spent time providing counseling services to inmates awaiting sentencing, as well as parolees working towards re-entering life outside of prison.
Therapy Interests
My areas of special clinical interest include: boundary setting, anxiety, depression, self-care, life transitions, pre-marital counseling, children and adolescents, trauma, family conflict, communication issues, couple conflict, and adding experiential elements to therapy, such as art and sand tray work.
I practice an integrative, evidence-based, experiential approach to treatment that includes restoration, play therapy, narrative, internal family systems, and cognitive behavioral based interventions.
