Rachel Simon, TLMFT
It’s not always easy to slow down and make sense of things, especially when life moves fast and expectations—whether from work, relationships, or past experiences—pull you in different directions. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, trying to balance personal ambition with those who are important in your life. Maybe you’re questioning what you want or your next move during a life transition. Or perhaps you’re in a relationship that feels out of sync, and you want to communicate better and strengthen your foundation. If you want to address these important areas, I may be a good fit.
Therapy with me is casual and direct, with a healthy dose of humor. I work with those who want more meaning, clarity, and connection. In our work together, you’ll have a space to be honest, think out loud, and make real progress. We’ll take a step back, sort through what’s working (and what’s not) to figure out what really matters.
Reach out, and I’ll respond (usually within 24 hours) to discuss how we can approach what's bringing you to therapy in a way that provides practical insights to create actionable change.
