Seth Frank, TLMFT

Do you feel like you’re always trying to catch up—in your relationships, at work, or with yourself—but nothing seems to click? Maybe you’ve wondered if ADHD, old patterns of behavior, or self-doubt are holding you back. You are not alone.

In therapy, we’ll make space to untangle what’s been overwhelming you. It could be relationship struggles, emotional patterns that won’t let go, or difficulty with staying focused and following through that have brought you here. Together, we can find practical solutions that fit your life. My approach is calm, caring, and focused on what matters most to you. I want to help you understand yourself better, build self-trust, and move forward with more confidence into the life that you want.

If this sounds like the support you’re looking for, I’d be happy to talk and see if we’re a good fit. Please fill out the form below. I am usually able to respond within a business day.

Therapist Experience

I’ve been fortunate to work with individuals, couples, and families from many walks of life — from adults navigating ADHD and anxiety to couples working through communication struggles and people processing grief and trauma. These experiences have taught me that real change happens in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

I draw on these experiences by helping clients slow down, make sense of what’s overwhelming, and discover practical ways forward. In therapy, this might mean exploring long-standing patterns, strengthening relationships, or finding tools to manage focus and follow-through. My aim is to be a steady, caring presence, offering guidance shaped by real-world experience and compassion.

I became a therapist because I believe in small, steady shifts—and that meaningful change is possible for anyone who’s ready to begin.

Therapy Interests

I’m especially drawn to working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, relationship struggles, or ADHD-related difficulties. I also have experience supporting people through grief, anxiety, and navigating issues related to faith or spirituality. I’ve seen how each of these struggles can rob a person of joy and confidence in life.

I adapt my approach to fit each person’s strengths and goals. I draw from solution-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Some people come looking for practical skills; others want to explore deeper emotional patterns. I offer steady guidance and draw from these evidence-based models to create a therapeutic space that works best for you.

At the heart of my work is curiosity about each person’s story and a belief that change is possible, one step at a time.

Change starts with that next step. You can take yours by filling out the form below.
