Seth Frank, TLMFT

Are you feeling stuck? It could be in your relationships, career, or how you view yourself. It might seem like no matter what you try, there isn’t progress. I want to help you get unstuck. Together, we can explore some of the underlying issues that are hindering progress toward your goals. We can look for solutions and find what fits best for you.

During therapy sessions, the focus is placed on your concerns so we align your goals with our methods. This might mean exploring problematic behavioral patterns in relationships that keep coming up, hard memories that seem like they won’t stay in the past, and emotions that haven’t been processed. As we explore these issues, you will have a therapist that is a calm, caring presence. My goal is to offer hopeful guidance designed to help you understand yourself better and find ways of moving forward.

Therapist Experience

I have worked with diverse individuals, couples, and families and with people aged 7 to 70’s. I have provided therapy services for people feeling stuck with grief, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, neurodivergent characteristics, and post traumatic stress disorder.

Through these experiences, I have found that the best place to work through what keeps you stuck is a space where you feel heard and respected. This can give you the confidence and trust to explore your experiences in a new way that allows for new possibilities.

The reason I became a therapist is because I saw there was reason to hope that things could change in the lives of those engaged in therapy.

Therapy Interests

My clinical interests are wide ranging and include relationship problems, self-worth issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, family conflict, marital and premarital issues, parenting, intimacy issues, spirituality, religious trauma, stress, and grief. What I am most interested in is helping you understand yourself and your story better so that you can start to move forward and build the best life possible.

When working with clients, I adapt interventions to meet their strengths and draw from a range of therapy models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman method, internal family systems, and solution focused therapy.
